Public-Private Partnerships: Leveraging Success
In this course, professionals will explore how shifts in political and policy priorities, business, and philanthropy are shaping the next generation of cross-sector collaboration. Traditionally, public-private partnerships (P3s) have been defined by contractual agreements that transfer risk from the public sector to private entities in exchange for financial investment. However, today's social infrastructure-focused P3s are evolving beyond transactional models to drive meaningful impact at local, national, and global levels. These partnerships blend public sector accountability, private sector innovation and profitability, and philanthropic assets to achieve outcomes that far exceed what any single entity could accomplish alone.
Designed for those pursuing careers in philanthropy, nonprofit management, fundraising, and global development, this course provides a practical framework for evaluating, structuring, and managing high-impact partnerships that create lasting change
