Real Estate and Construction Certificate in Real Estate Investment

Diploma Description

Offered by the Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Certificate in Real Estate Investment will provide a foundational understanding of real estate investment principles and techniques, as well as a broad overview of types of investible real estate and markets. Students who complete this certificate will gain an understanding of investment decision-making, deal analysis, and real estate investment markets, thus better preparing them for careers in the field. This certificate consists of two required courses and four electives within three years.
