Ms. Knapp is an Analyst in the New York office of HFF. She is primarily responsible for performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering documents and coordinating the marketing process for the debt and equity placement teams. In her time at HFF, Ms. Knapp has underwritten approximately $5 billion in transaction volume.
Ms. Knapp formally joined the firm in July 2017 after interning as a Summer Analyst. Prior to joining HFF, she was a Leasing Representative at The Related Companies.
Ms. Knapp is a member of the WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate Mentorship Program, Young Mortgage Bankers Association (YMBA) and is actively involved in NYU alumni activities. She earned her bachelor’s in real estate with a minor in public policy and management from New York University.
