Coaching for Performance Book Launch

Coaching for Performance: The Principles and Practice of Coaching and Leadership was released in its 6th edition in September 2024. This definitive work originally introduced the influential GROW coaching model and is considered a foundational text for the coaching profession.

The Coaching Innovation Lab at NYU SPS, along with the Human Capital Management Department – home of the world-class M.S. in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting – are excited to host a distinguished panel of speakers to discuss the state of the coaching profession today and the continued influence of Coaching for Performance and the GROW model.

Dr. Anna Tavis, Department Chair of Human Capital Management, will make introductory remarks and Dr. Woody Woodward, Director of the Coaching Innovation Lab, will lead a panel that includes:

  • Tiffany Gaskell, Founder and Co-CEO of Performance Consultants, and co-author of Coaching for Performance
  • Magdalena Nowicka Mook, CEO of the International Coaching Federation
  • Kevin Frost, Global Project Lead at J&J Learn for J&J Innovative Medicine

Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
