This unique non-degree course, which offers instruction from Tisch Center faculty members and industry experts, will help to prepare learners for careers in the travel and tourism market, which has grown to $185 billion in the US alone.

Offering more than 15 hours of instructional content and related activities, the course will delve into topics that are vital to success. Section titles include “Foundations of the Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Industry;” “Demand Management;” “Travel Tourism Management – Destinations, Airline, and Cruise Line;” “Experience Management 1 – Hotels and Alternative Accommodations;” “Experience Management 2 – Events and Food & Beverage;” and “Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism.”

“Hospitality, travel, and tourism are some of the fastest-growing sectors in the world, and there are thousands of people who aspire to be leaders in the industry,” said Rob Kingyens, president and CEO of Yellowbrick. “With the help of NYUSPS, we have developed a program to help learners with a love of travel experiences turn passion into careers that can span decades as well as miles.”
