Thea James

Thea James is the Vice President of Customer Operations at Penguin Random House, where she oversees and supports digital product operations across all divisions of Penguin Random House US with the goal of removing friction from the digital supply chain. Prior to joining PRH, Thea held positions in operations, sales, and marketing at Workman Publishing while pursuing her masters in publishing from NYU. A full-time book nerd, Thea is also a Hugo Award winner for The Book Smugglers, a speculative fiction book review blog, as well as the author of three books: Cooking for Wizards, Warriors and Dragons (Sep 2021), The Unofficial BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE Cookbook (Aug 2023), and Drinking with Wizards, Warriors and Dragons (Oct 2023).
