Charles Fyfe

Charles Fyfe is an Adjunct Instructor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate in the School of Professional
Studies at New York University.
Mr. Fyfe joined Cerberus Capital Management in 2021 and is a member of the Real Estate Private Credit
team. Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Fyfe was a senior associate on the investments team at CIM Group, where
he was responsible for the acquisition, origination, and asset management of investments.
Prior to CIM Group, Mr. Fyfe began his career as an analyst at AlumCreek Holdings, a private equity
platform where he was responsible for acquiring and resolving commercial real estate debt positions,
including non-performing and sub-performing loan portfolios and other high-yield real estate credit
opportunities. During Mr. Fyfe’s tenure at AlumCreek Holdings, the platform was acquired by Clarion
Partners, where he helped launch the Special Situations Debt Group focused on distressed and
opportunistic real estate credit acquisitions.
Mr. Fyfe graduated magna cum laude from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and
received an M.S. with distinction from New York University.
