Clinical Assistant Professor, NYU SPS, Division of Programs in Business, with curriculum focus on project management. Responsible for program development, course delivery, curriculum review, outcome assessment, and professional practice standards. Practice Lead, MSPM Academic Community of Practice (ACP).

Paul served a full career with the British army, working in Signals Intelligence, before joining JPMorgan in 2000, where he held a number of positions as an executive director in London and New York as both a project manager and business manager. In 2021 he moved to Lazard Asset Management where, as a Senior Vice President, he established the Project Management Office for the IT department.

He is a highly successful leader and project management professional with extensive experience across multinational financial management businesses. He is passionate about training and the positive impact that well-structured, well delivered and targeted training can have on both organizations and individuals. 

He has a Master's degree in project management from Liverpool University in the UK, is PMP qualified, a trained lead assessor for the Software Engineering Institute, holds a six-sigma green belt and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
