Heli Pinillos-Schwartz

Heli Pinillos is a senior development manager at B&B Urban. He is responsible for overseeing and coordinating different aspects of the real estate development process, including support of a project’s financing efforts. Close to 750 affordable units have been completed throughout his tenure for a total of $350 million in development costs. He is passionate about improving access to affordable housing and helping underserved communities thrive. His experience includes: residential and commercial real estate development and partnering with non-profit, financial institutions and government.

  
Heli is a Registered Architect in the State of New York. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. He is a native Spanish speaker.
