Involvement in Property/CRE finance since early 1980’s, globally and since 1995 focused on the US. Various roles as Sell-Side REIT equity analyst and Buy-Side portfolio manager/analyst, and with a publicly traded company, Private Equity Real Estate and Non-Traded REITs. Currently employed as Buy-Side REIT portfolio manager/analyst. Has taught as Adjunct at NYU – Schack since 2018.
