Piper Nichole creates a wide variety of advertising, marketing, and design for national, local, and global clients. Corporate marketing and web design for Bank of America through Williams Lea. Some of Piper’s marketing/advertising and design projects include working with organizations such as: Disney (including campaigns for Star WarsStitch, and the New York Times bestseller Upworthy), National Geographic, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Elton John, Mercer Labs, MBooth, New York Community Trust, Talon Outdoor, The Creative Group, NYU’s Center for Urban Science and Progress, NYC Media Lab, Newmark, Brunswick, and various e-commerce platforms.

Piper currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in NYU’s Integrated Design and Media (IDM) program at the Tandon School of Engineering, within the Department of Technology, Culture, and Society. Additionally, she teaches in NYU’s School of Professional Studies, Division of Programs in Business, offering courses in Social Media for Continuing Education. She also instructs graduate courses in “Strategic Marketing” and “Strategic Communications” within the Management and Technology program.

She was honored to be a guest speaker at NBCUniversal’s “Creative Workshop,” where she presented on creativity and the evolving role of social media. Her design work has been featured on the iconic Times Square billboard (the site of the New Year’s Eve ball drop).

Her previous roles include serving as Special Projects Manager for Raycom Media/Gray Television, one of the largest broadcast groups in the United States. She was also a Digital Project Manager at NBC12 and contributed to Raycom Sports, where she designed advertising for the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), reaching millions of viewers.
 

Her paintings have been carried by the Smithsonian American Art Museum’s Renwick Gallery store, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art and other galleries. She is the author of three books published nationwide. She is a member of AIGA, the Women’s Media Group, and the American Marketing Association (AMA). 


Piper earned her Master of Science degree from NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering in the Integrated Digital Media (IDM) program.
