Len DeLuca has taught 17 classes at Tisch Institute for Global Sport since 2014, including Sports and Entertainment Packaging annually. He also teaches Sports Management at the NYU Stern EMT program. DeLuca enjoyed success as senior content executive for IMG, ESPN and CBS Sports in a career that spans four decades. Some of his credits include the “Being Serena” and “Gleason” documentaries at IMG in 2017; “ESPN on ABC” and “Saturday Night Football” in 2007, plus handling MLB, Tennis, NBA and NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship at ESPN since 1997; responsible for CBS’ first 15 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championships, “The Road To The Final Four” and four extensions of CBS’ exclusive contract starting in 1982, and CBS college football exclusive deals with the NCAA, CFA, including creation of the SEC on CBS package in 1994. DeLuca runs Len DeLuca & Associates, LLC whose clients include The Basketball Tournament (TBT) on ESPN.

DeLuca earned a B.A. magna cum laude from Boston College, a J.D. from Boston College Law, and successfully completed the 2020 MIT Sloan School of Management executive program Management Analytics: Decision-Making Lessons from the Sports Industry. He is a member of Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
