Marisol Franco

Marisol Franco is an Adjunct Instructor for New York University at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. She specializes in Commercial Real Estate Credit Analysis, Portfolio Management, Valuation, Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, and Investment Strategy.  She is currently at JP Morgan Chase & Co as the Executive Director in Credit Risk Management.  She is in a leadership role, with team responsible for the oversight, management, and approval of new and existing extensions of credit within the commercial real estate sector, delivers commercial real estate loans and banking products to top-tier national and regional real estate developers, investors, real estate operating companies and opportunity and investment funds in major markets across the United States. Real Estate Banking has national capabilities and expertise in real estate credit including term lending, subscription lending, corporate lending, and construction lending.  Previously, she was at Santander Bank, N.A.as an Associate Director Credit Risk - Commercial Real Estate
