In the summer semester of 2020, the Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality will offer two study away intensives at NYU Florence and NYU Accra. The courses are open to undergraduate and graduate students, and run for one week in May or June – please note that you should arrive on site the day before class starts, and depart the day after it ends. Before departure, there will be two preparation sessions in April. Students will complete their coursework remotely throughout the summer. The summary below gives an overview of each course.
