What makes you proud to be an alum?
There's nothing like being an NYU alum! And the connections - both professional and personal - have been such an important part of my life since I graduated.
What are your main areas of responsibility in your current role?
Overseeing fundraising and outreach in cities across the United States.
How did your time at the CGA help prepare you for this role?
The classes and time I spent at CGA were such a wonderful foundation for my work at Human Rights Watch. I have always been involved in human rights and social justice work, but CGA gave me the opportunity to really concretize what that means - to dig deeper into the work and gain a greater understanding of how international human rights law can be used to make real change.
