The Property Technology course focuses on the increasingly important role of technology entrepreneurship and innovation in the real estate sector, in applications ranging from smart buildings to automated underwriting to predictive modeling. The course will examine the process of real estate technology startup formation, business planning and execution, valuation, and venture capital fundraising. Case studies will address successes and failures of property technology companies.
