Effective leadership strategies for the new global workplace require multi-dimensional knowledge of organizational design, operations, and long- term vision of best- practice models. A clear alignment of human resources, multicultural knowledge systems, technology, and business innovations are critical. Broad strategic goals must be distilled into key performance indicators that, in turn, are communicated to the entire organization.
