Organizational Perspectives on Identity, Equity, and Power
This course is designed to examine the various aspects of individual identity and their implication for
the larger organizational system including its impact on performance. Additional emphasis will be
placed on the interaction of different identities as they relate to power dynamics and equity in
organizational decision making, the talent management process and organizational performance.
Topics will include leader subordinate relationships, team dynamics, equity as it relates to diversity in
the organization and strategies to promote inclusion across identities.
