Fundamentals of Leadership: Understanding Yourself and Empowering Others
Fundamentals of Leadership: Understanding Yourself and Empowering Others
Leadership is not simply about holding a coveted title or managing lots of employees. Progressive leadership involves self-reflection, personal growth, and lots of “inner work.” In this interactive course for student leaders, you will learn competencies and assets that are necessary for effective leadership and explore techniques for decision-making, conflict resolution, and self-management.
