Investment Banking Fundamentals

New York City is a major hub in the world of investment banking, and New York University is an ideal place to learn about this complex industry. Investment banking offers a wide range of career options to choose from, due to its highly specialized nature. This course provides an overview of the origins of traditional investment banking; the history of key financial products; strategies related to relationship management, trading, IPOs, and fixed income; and synergies in mergers and acquisitions.
