Richard McMillan

Adjunct Instructor
Richard McMillan, AIA, MBA, is an adjunct instructor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. An architect with over twenty years of experience, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Construction Specifications Institute and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. His experience includes all project phases, with an emphasis on sustainable design, and is primarily concentrated in the transportation and education sectors. He is currently an architect with MTA New York City Transit. He is the author of 101 Cool Buildings: The Best of New York City Architecture 1999-2009.
