By the end of the program, MS in Professional Writing students craft an impressive digital portfolio that showcases applied learning and proven abilities. In addition to a thesis project, MS in Professional Writing students complete either a professional internship or a mock-freelance directed study. Well-versed in new media, digital technologies, experience design, and communication strategies, our graduates are practiced and effective writers who go on to have critical, active, and engaging writing and communications careers.
