Adjunct Instructor

Stacey Gordon, DSW, LMSW is the Program Director of Next Phase Adult Caregiving and Retirement for the Work Life office at New York University and the NYU Society of Retired Faculty. Prior to joining the Work Life team, Stacey founded and directed geriatric care management practices in NYC, Chicago and Israel, where she supported older people and their families in solving challenges related to adult caregiving, care planning and end of life care. From 2014-2017, Stacey was an Adjunct Lecturer at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Silver School of Social Work. Stacey earned her Doctorate in Social Welfare (DSW) at the NYU Silver School of Social Work, where she focused on structural ageism and the family. Stacey holds an MSW degree from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.
