Amar is an Adjunct Instructor for Analytics courses at the Human Capital Management Program. He has 15 years of experience in Financial Services and Analytics with a strong passion for delivering organizational success through effective business, analytics, and talent strategies.

During his experience with Global Investment banks, Amar has been an analyst with top-ranked global research teams and led a high performing global strategy team. His role involved analyzing vast financial data and publishing investment recommendations for the bank’s clients. Amar brings in a unique perspective of looking at leadership through the lens of effective talent management and applying analytics to draw actionable insights. He is a Tech Entrepreneur and consultant to Fintech, Analytics, and Education startups.

As a faculty at NYU, Amar is currently driving the People Analytics Certificate Program. His mission is to help students embrace a data-driven and analytical approach in their academic and professional endeavors.
