Hillman Lam

Hillman Lam is an adjunct instructor at New York University’s School of Professional Studies Schack Institute of Real Estate. He teaches commercial real estate finance and argus valuation DCF software. Hillman has over seven years of commercial real estate experience. He is a vice president at Lam’s American an affiliate of the Lam NYC EB-5 Regional Center and the Lam Group. His former roles include acquisitions and development for Time Equities, Inc, appraiser at Hudson View Appraisals, and retail leasing at RKF. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance (CUNY BA) from Baruch College, Associate from REAP and is pursuing the CCIM Designation.
