Lori Fischer

Lori Fischer received her MFA at NYU in 2008. Her feature film, Chasing Taste was a two-time Feature Comedy Award Winner and an official selection at 2015 New Filmmakers NYC, Seoul International Food Film Festival, Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema, 2014 Manhattan Film Festival, Visionfest Film Festival, and the 2013 Burbank International Film Festival. Her theater productions include: The Sparkley Clean Funeral Singers produced at Capital Repertory Theatre, Barbara’s Blue Kitchen produced at Adirondack Theatre Festival, Cincinnati Playhouse, and Off-Broadway at The Lamb’s Theatre. Her book, The Things That You Can Do was published by Golden Books and she has a CD, Pat the Bunny Sing with Me! Lori is a NYU Harry Kondoleon Graduate Award in Playwriting recipient, and a Dramatists Guild Fellow.
