Parents Council

Welcome on behalf of the SPS Parents Council! The SPS Parents Council is composed of a dedicated group of philanthropic parents committed to the mission of keeping NYU SPS accessible to all.

The Council acts as an engagement organization that connects parents with SPS while their student receives a world class education.

About the SPS Parents Council

The SPS Parents Council is a group of philanthropic families who have a strong connection to NYU SPS. Council members may attend meetings with the Dean, social gatherings, and special events where they have opportunities to engage with School leaders, the Dean, and faculty.

The Council meets twice per year with Dean Kamath in a dynamic conversation centered on the student experience and recent SPS successes. Members are also invited to attend regional gatherings and virtual events throughout the year.

Our Mission

The SPS Parents Council is dedicated to philanthropic endeavors that ensure SPS remains accessible and open to all students. By generously supporting the programs and initiatives of the school, parents are afforded the opportunity to become an integral part of the fabric of the SPS community, attend special events, meet with leadership, and network with other parents.
