Practicing Inclusion
This workshop will introduce participants to some key strategies for creating and sustaining a culture of inclusion in a professional setting. Learn how to structure and conduct a meeting, participate in a group project, and conduct interviews and evaluations in a way that allows all voices to be heard, acknowledged, and understood. While this workshop is appropriate for leaders and managers, it will be valuable for anyone who regularly works as part of a team, takes part in hiring, or interacts with diverse groups of colleagues in a global workplace. The workshop will be led by NYU-educated attorney and corporate diversity expert Lourdes Olvera-Marshall. Questions? Contact us at The Center for Applied Liberal Arts (CALA).
