Instructional Design

This course will review the foundations of adult learning theory and the principles of engaging learning design, learning assessment, and program evaluation, while working through the instructional design process for creating a training project. Learn by evaluating real-life examples of all aspects of instructional design, and utilize discovered best practices to create and deliver an effective and interactive final project.
