Managing Projects Using MS Project
This course is focused on the use of Microsoft Project as an essential tool to develop a project work plan. It includes the integration of theory and practice to develop a hands-on understanding of building project work plans. This work will be done within the context of the project planning, execution, monitoring, and control processes associated with the project life cycle model. Through the use of this software tool, you will learn how to keep track of project details, specifically work tasks and resources, while maintaining a focus on goals and objectives. MS Project is designed to assist in managing projects by storing information, calculating and maintaining schedules, tracking project costs and resources, analyzing project data, and communicating project results.
