Angela is a coach, organizational conflict management specialist, trainer and facilitator with over 20 years of leadership experience. As the president of The Pace Institute, she works with leaders and individual contributors from a wide range of industries, including tech startups, mass media, healthcare, higher education, county/state/tribal government, financial and non-profit.

As a professional certified coach through the International Coach Federation, Angela is also a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and is a certified coach through the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. She holds the credentials of SHRM-SCP and SPHR and brings to coaching her experience as a motivational interviewing practitioner, which is an evidence-based guiding style of communication that awakens an individual’s own motivation for change and is an effective communication tool for coaches to support their clients in growth and development.
