Richard CarrAdjunct Instructor
Richard brings over 20 years experience in commercial real estate finance as a consultant, lender and banker: originating, structuring and closing over $25 billion in transactions. Currently, Richard is president of Petrich International, an advisory firm providing strategic planning and financial structuring services to an international client base of financial institutions, real estate funds and entrepreneurial start-ups. During his career, Richard has worked with and consulted for financial institutions in Europe and the Pacific Rim, designing and executing strategic business initiatives worldwide. Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and attended New York University’s Master of Science Real Estate program. He is a board member of the MBA of New York and Chair of the MBA of NY Mentor Program.
