Amy Stokes

Adjunct Instructor

Amy Stokes is an adjunct lecturer within the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University School of Professional Studies, where she lectures on affordable housing finance and development. She currently works at the New York City Housing Authority as the senior manager of underwriting and asset management and was previously an assistant director of mixed finance. Ms. Stokes has held positions at the New York City Council, serving Speaker Christine Quinn and Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Ms. Stokes holds a Bachelor’s of the Arts from Barnard College and a Masters of Urban Planning from New York University.
