Larry has 30 years experience in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors of the economy, including: project management, finance, accounting finance and accounting training and development of employees, customer service and energy management. He has consulted (gratis basis) with the Small Business Administration to assist small businesses as well as various nonprofit groups (theaters, art museum, dance studios, and music groups) to develop business plans and marketing, financial analysis. In addition, he volunteered for the passage of a “living wage” in New York State, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and to teach financial literacy in NYC High Schools and to incarcerated women. He taught Economics, Statistics & Quantitative Analysis, Finance and Accounting and Management courses at The City University of New York, The State University of New York, UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC – Irvin.
