Michael is an Executive Coach and Performance Improvement Consultant specializing in organizational, leadership, and team effectiveness. He works with senior and mid- level leaders and teams on strategies to communicate expectations, build high- performance workplace cultures, and achieve operational and change goals. He has over 25 years of experience as a national and international consultant, coach, and manager working with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial businesses, and state and local government agencies. Clients like his engaging, insightful and direct style that encourages openness, growth and change.

As adjunct faculty at New York University, School of Professional Studies, Michael developed and conducts two courses: How to Lead High-Performance Teams and Learning Design Consulting. His High-Performance program is based on his book: The Triangle Strategy: How to Create an Engaged, Execution-Focused Workplace. He holds an M.Ed from Columbia University, Teachers College.
