Robert Meulmeester

Robert J. Meulmeester is an adjunct instructor within the Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is also a Director within B. Riley Financial Inc. with a primary focus on performing real estate valuations and due diligence for owners / developers and users of real estate. Prior to joining B. Riley Financial Inc., Mr. Meulmeester founded RJM Worldwide, and has also had positions at Cadence Capital Group, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Meulmeester is an entrepreneur with twenty+ years of hands-on international experience in corporate real estate as well as real estate finance comprising investments, (re)development/repositioning, finance and capital raising, site selection / space rationalization, valuation and economics. Mr. Meulmeester has analyzed almost $100 billion in real estate and conducted business in some 50+ countries throughout Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe. He has worked from offices located in the Netherlands, Belgium, India, and the United States. He earned a Masters in Economics at the University of Amsterdam, earned FMVA® and CBCA® designations from the Corporate Finance Institute, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
