Gerald G. Wisz Ph.D. is an adjunct professor within the Finance and Law department of NYUSPS and has been teaching risk management courses covering market, credit, and operational risk for the past three years. He brings over forty years’ experience in the financial and banking sectors. He has worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as a quantitative analyst. He has taught at various universities and colleges in the finance, economics, and financial engineering departments. These institutions include Brooklyn Polytechnic University where he taught corporate finance. Dr. Wisz is currently fully employed by a federal government agency in DC. At this agency he serves as a market risk examiner.
