Real Estate and Construction Diploma in Commercial Real Estate Financial Analysis

Diploma Description

Property-level financial modeling and analysis skills are critical to success in commercial real estate. Regardless of the type of income-producing property involved—whether office, multifamily, industrial, or mixed-use buildings—or the tasks performed within the real estate organization, the Diploma in Commercial Real Estate Financial Analysis provides the essential financial skills needed to work effectively within the commercial real estate industry. As a student enrolled in this program, you will develop a hands-on understanding of the essential financial concepts and the application of the basic financial tools, techniques, and practices that will assist you in making informed real estate investment decisions. Upon completion of the Diploma, you will have the basic skills that are used in many sectors of commercial real estate, including building management and operations, real estate valuation, leasing, property analysis, investment analysis, and development.

The Diploma is awarded to students who successfully complete six courses—five required and one elective—within two years.
