FP 1: Fundamentals of Financial Planning

This first course in the program will provide you with the fundamentals of financial planning. Topics to be covered include financial planning functions, economic and legal environments, financial analysis, and ethical and professional considerations. You also will gain practical experience utilizing data-gathering forms, constructing personal financial statements, budgeting, and addressing regulatory requirements. This course will provide an overview of the financial planning curriculum and is designed to be an introductory course.
