Real Estate and Construction Certificate in Real Estate Data Analytics

To earn a certificate, students must declare their candidacy at the start of their program of study. To do so, please use the button above.

Offered by the Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Certificate in Real Estate Data Analytics will provide a foundational understanding of real estate data sources, as well as the use of applied machine learning to drive real estate investment and development decisions. Students who complete this certificate will gain an understanding of real-world real estate data and the algorithms that can be deployed to make informed, data-driven decisions, thus better preparing them for careers in the field. This certificate consists of two required courses and four electives.
