Learning Design: Fundamentals
This foundational course in learning and training development principles helps students to develop and improve basic competencies of the learning professional. Students explore the history and tenets of the training and development discipline, review adult learning theory, test training models and methodologies, and successfully navigate the current terrain of workplace learning and performance. In addition, students gain an understanding of themselves as learners and practice designing training that corresponds to the way people learn.
