Randy Penn, brand marketing executive and principal at RJP Strategic Solutions specializes in leading and managing multi-disciplinary organizations and groups of people in Business Development, Branding and Integrated Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Multi-Platform Activations. Working with clients such as The Walt Disney Company, LinkedIn, The Ford Motor Company, BBC America Digital, HBO, Sony Music, People magazine, Special Olympics International, and the USC Shoah Foundation, she has developed and executed creative and innovative world-class programs and special projects with customized processes and activations throughout the United States, Europe and in Africa at multiple global agencies such as JWT and GroupM ESP, plus brands and governments. She has consulted at the Earth Institute at Columbia University on brand strategy, lectured at Parsons/New School on brand equity and Cornell University on cause marketing & corporate responsibility, and most recently consulted on a new global brand initiative for University of Southern California’s Shoah Foundation. At NYUSPS, she began as a guest lecturer in Integrated Marketing before becoming an Adjunct Instruct of Brand strategy and an Instructor of Industry Exposure in the Get Ahead Professional (GAP) program.
