August Morar

August Morar, MBA, PhD candidate, teaches International Business and Finance courses at New York University SPS. In addition, he has thought as assistant professor at Wagner College in graduate and Executive MBA programs. Morar is the founder and of the Center for International Business and Strategic Studies (CIBSS). He serves as International Business Advisor for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and until recently was Policy and Economics Advisor, at Gerson Lehrman Group Councils. Morar was awarded scholarships by the Gannett Foundation of the USA, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the German Marshall Fund. Morar is member of the Academy of International Business and honorary member of the International Honor Society in Business Administration. Morar was awarded the Medal of the University of Dubai for his contribution to the global business research.
