Marta Bautista Forcada developed and oversees the day-to-day implementation of the PREP communications strategy; additionally, she contributes to the development of and fundraising for PREP's work in Colombia. She is currently completing her master's degree at the NYU Center for Global Affairs, with a specialization in Global Gender Studies and Data Analysis.  As part of her studies, Marta will travel to Colombia as one of four Student Consultants to conduct field-based peace research as part of PREP’s Joint Research Seminar in Peacebuilding. Marta has extensive international experience working with various organizations in Barcelona, Geneva, and New York such as Amnesty International, Oxfam, Geneva for Human Rights, and the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom. She holds a Bachelor on Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
