NEW YORK, March 4, 2014 – Registration is now open for the 36th Annual New York University International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, hosted by the Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism, and Sports Management of the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies (NYU-SCPS). Held June 1-3, 2014 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, the NYU Hospitality Conference will feature general sessions, workshops, and networking events to provide data, analysis, perspectives, insights, and opportunities.
The annual CEOs Check-In panel, scheduled for Monday, June 2, at 8:35 a.m., will focus on the evolving industry. Moderated by Robert Boland, academic chair and clinical associate professor at the Tisch Center, the CEO line-up will include:
- Allen Smith, CEO, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts
- Richard Solomons, CEO, InterContinental Hotels Group
- Arne Sorenson, President and CEO, Marriott International, Inc.
- Frits van Paasschen, President and CEO, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide
Jonathan M. Tisch, chairman of Loews Hotels & Resorts and co-chairman of the Board and Office of the President of Loews Corporation, will serve again as Conference chair, and Bjorn Hanson, divisional dean of the Tisch Center, will serve as Conference host. On Tuesday, June 3, 2014, Tisch will interview Ivanka Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisitions, The Trump Organization, for his annual Beyond the Boardroom session.
